About the position

Job description:

domestic and international transport of goods according to assigned routes and employer's instructions,

safe and responsible operation of the entrusted motor vehicle,

taking over, checking, and handing over transported goods at designated locations,

checking relevant documentation related to transport and its correct submission,

adherence to established routes, loading and unloading deadlines, and agreed transport schedule,

communication with dispatch and continuous reporting on the progress of transport or any complications,

adherence to road traffic rules, safety regulations, and all driver's duties in international transport,

care for the entrusted vehicle, regular inspection of its technical condition and cleanliness,

immediate reporting of technical problems, vehicle damage, or other extraordinary events,

responsibility for the entrusted vehicle, transported goods, and documentation throughout the entire transport,

cooperation during loading and unloading according to the nature of the transport and specific order conditions.

Requirements

• Candidate requirements:
• valid driving license group B (C),
• previous work experience as a driver, ideally in freight or international transport,
• valid driver's card issued/valid in the territory of the Slovak Republic,
• responsible and professional approach to work and the entrusted vehicle,
• reliability, independence, and ability to solve common situations arising during transport,
• adherence to agreed deadlines, work procedures, and employer's instructions,
• willingness to travel and perform business trips within international transport,
• time flexibility due to the nature of international transport,
• polite and professional conduct when communicating with customers, warehouses, and business partners,
• strict adherence to road traffic rules, safety regulations, and regulations regarding drivers' working hours.
